We are designed to serve small to medium sized customers to reduce the risks of accepting unqualified goods in the trading process.
Our experienced inspectors can
- access efficiently to major cities of China
- perform quality inspection according to AQL standard
- provide neutral, detailed reports within 24 hours from the inspection/audit
Products we can inspect include:
A). Electrical & electronic products
B). Houseware, toys, and other sundries.
We can supply services include:
A). Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)
B). During-production Inspection (DPI)
C). Pre-production Inspection (PPI)
D). Loading Supervision (LS)
E). Factory Audit (FA)
The standard we are using for inspection:
1) Our inspection is based on statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN40080, ISO2859 or NFX06-022.
2) AQL( acceptable quality level) is used to judge the defects rate of products.
Inspection charge calculations:
The inspection cost can be down to US$180/man/day all inclusive. No more travel/hotel/meal expenses.
Our payment term is flexible to meet the requirements of different clients. Monthly payment is acceptable if number of job/order per month reaches our minimum requirement.
